Through guided meditations, heart activation exercises, and interactive intention-setting labs, you’ll clarify what you truly desire for 2026. You’ll have the chance to create mind maps, or intention lists, share insights in breakout rooms, and align collectively through a group affirmation ritual. Between sessions, a gentle homework practice—including daily intention journaling and writing a “letter to your future self”—keeps your manifestation momentum alive.
Session 2: Manifestation & Joyful Activation
The second session is all about bringing your intentions into action. Learn practical manifestation techniques, engage in joyful intention setting exercises, and break your goals into concrete, achievable steps. Share in breakout rooms for accountability, and participate in a closing ritual to declare your commitments for the new year. This session ensures you leave not just inspired, but equipped to embody your intentions with confidence and joy.
