I'm a bridge between legacy and potential and I've spent over 25 years living that bridge myself, as a corporate lawyer, general counsel, mindfulness teacher, and leadership consultant.

Blending mindfulness, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and facilitation skills, it develops your own self‑leadership while preparing you to guide transformative learning experiences in workplaces and communities.
The program includes the license arrangement enabling you to teach the 2-day workshop in the agreed jurisdiction.
