This Is My Journey…

I have held many roles, many titles, and many posts. Lawyer. General Counsel. Strategist. Coach. Facilitator. Author. And I am grateful for every single one of them, not because they define me, but because they brought me here.

What I know from my own life and from two and a half decades of working with leaders, lawyers, and organisations across the world is that real transformation doesn't ask you to abandon what you've built. It asks you to understand it, honour it, and use it as the foundation for what's next.

That is the work I do. I help people bridge their legacy with their potential, taking everything they have lived, learned, and carried, and turning it into a launchpad for who they are here to become.

My own awakening began at twelve. From that moment, I was fascinated by what makes us tick - what drives human behaviour, what creates suffering, and what makes flourishing possible. That curiosity led me to study both law and psychology at Monash University, a combination that felt unusual at the time and has shaped everything since.

As a lawyer, I quickly discovered that legal practice was as much about human beings as it was about the law. Behind every brief, every negotiation, every dispute, was a person navigating fear, uncertainty, or change. I was drawn to that and I was also burning out from it. The pace and culture of early private practice was unsustainable, and I knew there had to be another way.

So I expanded my world. Over the next sixteen years, I worked across Athens, Doha, Dubai, London, and Cyprus as a corporate/commercial lawyer, then as General Counsel for large multinational organisations. I was doing serious, complex, high-stakes work. And alongside it, I was training deeply in mindfulness, contemplative practice, and conscious leadership, studying with teachers including Eckhart Tolle, Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield, and Rick Hanson.

What I came to understand is that these two worlds aren't opposites. Strategy and soul aren't in conflict. Rigour and wisdom belong together. That integration is what Aipeia Consulting is built on and it's what I bring to every leader, lawyer, and organisation I work with.

Today, when people ask what I do, I tell them that I am a bridge. A bridge that helps leaders connect their legacy with their potential.

In practice, that looks like coaching executives through inflection points. Developing conscious leadership capability in lawyers and legal teams. Facilitating retreats that create the space for genuine reflection and renewal. Designing programs that build cultures where people can do their best work without burning out in the process.

My purpose is singular: to raise human consciousness so that leaders, organisations, and the people within them can be free to lead, work, and live with greater clarity, courage, and joy.

Everything I do is grounded in the values that guide me every day: loving-kindness, gratitude, authenticity, responsibility, creativity, integrity, and curiosity.
