Through acceptance, you will soften the inner critic and reconnect with your inherent worth. Through my ‘let go to grow’ method, you will release any outdated beliefs, stored tension, and patterns that quietly drain your energy and joy.

As the workshop unfolds, you will explore unconditional openness and the power of presence, learning how to meet each moment without resistance or control. You will discover how your inner world shapes your outer experience, and how shifting your awareness changes the way you relate to people, challenges, and opportunities.

Finally, you will be introduced to the concept of ‘miracle-minded consciousness’: a way of seeing life through trust, possibility, and love rather than fear and limitation. This isn’t about positive thinking, but about a deep reorientation of perception that allows more ease, synchronicity, and flow into everyday life.

  • Both sessions will be recorded - if you can’t join us live, you can watch the recordings at your leisure!

  • Sessions will be made available within 48 hours of the live recording.

  • The sessions will be held via zoom and you will receive the links shortly after you register with calendar invites.

  • The sessions are intended to be fun, interactive and respectful. Each space is held with loving kindness, non judgement and compassion - any disrespect shown to anyone will result in you being asked to leave the zoom room.
